Every allowance is set per tier and can be raised for a single organisation without moving you to a different plan. Prices are in INR and exclude GST. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly and are not included.

Pricing questions, answered plainly
Does this include what Meta charges?
No. Meta bills conversation charges to your own WhatsApp Business account directly, at their rates for your country and conversation category. Hella's subscription is for the platform; we do not mark up or resell Meta's messaging fees.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone with a login who can read and reply in the workspace. Seats are counted by membership, so someone who belongs to two workspaces takes a seat in each.
Can allowances be changed without changing plan?
Yes. Seats, numbers and API keys are set per tier and can be raised for a single organisation. If one is tight but the rest of the tier fits you, we raise that one rather than sell you the tier above.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
You need a WhatsApp Business Account and a number that is not already registered to the consumer WhatsApp app. We take you through Meta's embedded signup as part of onboarding.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your contacts and conversation history. After the retention period in our privacy policy, your data is deleted. See the data deletion page for how to request it sooner.
How does Aura affect the price?
Aura runs on the same subscription. Which products your organisation has enabled is part of your tier, so adding it is a change to your existing plan rather than a separate contract.
