AI Assistant
You already ask ChatGPT to write the message. Then you do the rest by hand.
Copy the words, open Hella, paste them, fix the blanks, send the template to Meta, then build the automation that uses it. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Hella and ask once instead. It does the work inside Hella, and anything that would reach a customer waits for your OK.
Try it
Ask for it the way you would ask a colleague.
Pick a request. Your AI app does the work in Hella, step by step, and stops where a person should decide.
What should it do in Hella?
Three real requests. Pick one.
Ask it to
Meanwhile, in Hella
Every step your AI app takes shows up here, done as you, with your permissions.
Pick a request. Watch what happens in Hella.
What you can ask for
Six parts of Hella, in plain sentences.
Copy any of these into your AI app and change the names to yours. It can only work in the parts of Hella you leave switched on.

You stay in charge
It does only what you allow, and it asks before it talks to a customer.
The worry is fair: an AI that can message your customers could say the wrong thing to all of them at once. So you decide, action by action, what it may do on its own.
On from the start
- Write and submit templates
- Build automations
- Send a broadcast
- Reply to a customer
- Delete a template
If your AI app asks to send a broadcast
It waits in Hella until someone on your team approves it. If nobody does, it expires after seven days.
Customers wait for a person
A broadcast, a reply or an order update it prepares waits in Hella until someone on your team approves it. This is on from the start.
Automations arrive switched off
Anything it builds is saved switched off, so a person looks at it before it messages anyone.
You choose who can use it
The owner decides who on the team may connect an AI app. Each person's app can do only what that person can do in Hella.
Your password stays with Hella
You sign in on Hella's own page and click Allow. The AI app never sees your password, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Old requests do not run late
A request nobody approves expires after seven days instead of going out at the wrong moment.
Every action is written down
Hella keeps a list of what each AI app did, when, and who approved it.

The address to paste
https://hella.shankhlabs.com/mcpSet it up on Claude's website or desktop app.

Questions people ask
Before you connect anything
Do I need to be technical?
No. For Claude and ChatGPT you paste one address and click Allow. You never write code or share a password.
Can it message my customers on its own?
Not unless you choose that. From the start, every broadcast, reply or order update it prepares waits in Hella until someone on your team approves it. You can also switch any action off completely.
Which AI apps work with Hella?
Claude and ChatGPT, on their websites and desktop apps. Gemini works through the Gemini app in the US and through Gemini CLI everywhere. Any other app that supports MCP connectors can use the same address.
What can it see?
Only what the person who connected it can see in Hella, and only the parts of Hella you leave switched on. If someone on your team cannot open orders, their AI app cannot either.
How do I stop it?
Switch the AI Assistant off in Hella and every connected app stops at once. You can also disconnect one app, or take one person off the list.
Is this MCP?
Yes. MCP is the common way AI apps connect to other software. Hella's address is hella.shankhlabs.com/mcp, and signing in uses OAuth, so no password is shared with the AI app.
Stop copying between your AI app and Hella.
Connect the AI app you already use. Start with something that reaches nobody, like a template draft or last week's numbers, and see how it works for your business.
