Hella + Nexus CMS
Your website takes the enquiry. Hella makes sure someone answers it.
Nexus CMS is our website product: a website your own team keeps up to date, with every enquiry from it in one list. Connected to Hella, that enquiry reaches your team on WhatsApp, the place they already look, and it is marked answered the moment someone replies.
Sound familiar
The enquiry came in. Nobody saw it in time.
One of these is someone who wants to buy.
This is where most website forms send enquiries. Open emails until you find it.

Waiting for a reply
Same question as the one buried in the inbox. This time it goes straight to the phone your team already watches.
What Nexus CMS is on its own
A website your own team keeps up to date.
Change the words, prices, photos and pages yourself and see them live in seconds, without waiting on a developer and without being able to break the design.
Questions people ask
Before you ask
Do I need Nexus to use Hella?
No. Hella is complete on its own. Nexus adds your website: edited by your own team, with its enquiries brought to your WhatsApp.
Will every website visitor be added to our WhatsApp contacts?
No. A visitor becomes a WhatsApp contact only if they tick the box on the website form saying they want a reply there. Everyone else stays an enquiry in Nexus.
How does Nexus know an enquiry was answered?
When someone on your team replies to that customer in Hella, the enquiry is marked answered in Nexus. Nobody has to update it by hand.
Can the website show a Chat on WhatsApp button?
Yes. With the two connected, your Nexus website can show a button that opens a chat with your business number.
Stop losing the enquiries your website already wins.
Tell us how enquiries reach you today. We connect the two during setup, on our side, and show you them arriving on your team's WhatsApp instead.
